ON February 20, 2019, I gave a workshop in Appleton, Wisconsin on ArcGIS Pro at the WLIA conference. The newest desktop software’s actually rolled out by Esri nearly 5 years ago. The conference was fantastic the questions were great and I always appreciate that group of GIS professionals. Like my other workshops I took most of this from other users and added my own insights and experience. Below you can have all of the materials.

Questions During the Workshop:
Why is Editing always Enabled? Can you shut that off? No. From What Esri tells me, the Idea is you control editing through Permissions via your portal connections not database permissions.
Can you Edit Annotation In ArcGIS Pro? YES! Documentation here: http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/editing/edit-annotation-text.htm
To Use Geoprocessing in ArcGIS Pro, are you using ArcGIS Online “Credits”? Sometimes. Look for the Notification at the top of the tool.
Solutions Deployment Tool:
I created a video on the solutions deployment tool two years ago. It’s Old and based on version 1.4 but the basics are there.
